Preparing Schema and Active directory

 Hi,

 I have in my environment  Exchange 2010 sp3 and I am planning to install Exchange 2013 cu1. I will install it on Windows  2012 r2. In my forrest which is Windows 2008 r2, I have one domain and one subdomain. I am having difficulties to decide which setup commands I need to run to prepare my schema and AD.

 Do I have to run  diffrent form these two?

  setup /PrepareSchema /IAcceptExchangeServerLicenseTerms

  setup /PrepareAD /OrganizationName /IAcceptExchangeServerLicenseTerms
