Exchange Mailbox Database Index Issue

Exchange 2013 CU2
Mailbox server a member of the DAG
Database mounted and functioning except indexing.

The problem is the indexes. Indexing is enabled and I have rebuilt the indexes repeatedly. I can create a second copy but with errors on the indexes. Any help is appreciated.

There is an event error when searching:
