- Sorry, I couldn't find access to Exchange 2010 forum. 2013 maybesimilar or I'm hoping someone has experience who can help.
- We are currently running a Hybrid environment (Exchange 2010 & Office 365) When we are creating email accounts we are running into a problem. Our E-mail Address policy for students (under Organization Configuration\Hup Transport --] E-mail Address Policies TAB) is%g.%s@student.saultcollege.ca. When we have students with the same name each following email address receives a number at the end of the first part of the email address eq.bob.smith2@student.saultcollege.ca,bob.smith3@student.saultcollege.ca. Our problem arises when we get to 10 email addresses with the same name. After the 9 it starts putting randomcharacters as part of the email address.bob.smith9@student.saultcollege.ca bob.smith2fd43@student.saultcollege.ca.
- We need consistency and am hoping to figure out how to keep the numbers counting sequential after 9.bob.smith10@student.saultcollege.ca bob.smith11@student.saultcollege.ca
- Is there a method to resolve this?
- Much thanks, Randy
