Change domain name that outlook redirects to after 2010 install

I'm looking at an Exchange 2003 server in an environment where Exchange 2010 was recently installed.  When mailboxes are moved from one server to another the users Outlook client is automatically redirected to the new 2010 server.  The redirect goes to the actual server name of the Exchange server.  I would like to redirect it to a different name I have configured in DNS for the same server (The one that is on my Certificate).

Any Ideas where this domain name is configured?
