After adding new Rooms to Resources within the EAC, I do see the Rooms available when navigating to "Add Rooms..." in Outlook. However, when utilizing the Scheduling Assistant, I notice the older rooms, will auto populate after typing even half of the name, and then display the green house icon signifying Resource(Room or Equipment) automatically.
My newer rooms I've added will not do this. If I type half of the name, it won't auto fill the rest, and if I type the full name with exact spelling and capitalization, it still will not be recognized as a Room and only display the Required Attendee icon.
When navigating to the Add Rooms option, if I then select the newer room and click OK, it will add the room to the All Attendees list, as a room, with the green house icon. I can't figure out how the auto complete functionality was added for the older rooms. Might this be something that's being worked out on the back end and could be available after some time?
All settings were mirrored to the older rooms. Everything in AD matches up. I've tried updating my Global Address Book.
No luck so far. Any help is appreciated.
