FIRST SERVER: Havin Exchange 2010 with all roles on one server
SECOND SERVER: Exchange 2010 with EDGE&Forefront on other server.
THIRD SERVER: Fresh Exchange 2013 installed
We are plannin migrating FIRST server to THIRD SERVER.
Question:
QUESTION1: If we migrate first server (EX2010) to third server (EX2013) Will it still able to work with second server (EDGE 2010)?
QUESTION2: After we migrate first server to third server we want to decomission SECOND server. Any advices how to achieve that? We don't want to decomission EDGE server before migrating to exchange2013 because EDGE has forefront installed and we would like to be "protected" until we migrate first server to 2013.
