Public folder limits question

And have some troubles of understanding a few things.

Maximum individual public folder size: 10 GB (This limit doesn’t include subfolders beneath a single folder. )

Does this means that inside Public folder mailbox u can have:

A)

FOLDER1 (10GB)

SUBFOLDER1 (0GB)

or

B)
FOLDER1 (10GB)

SUBFOLDER1(10GB), SUBFOLDER2(10GB), etc...

One more thing regarding recommendations for how many numbers of public folder mailboxes should we create.

I see that LIMIT (Public folder mailbox size=100GB).

Currently we have 30GB big EDB PUBLIC FOLDER on EXCHANGE2010. When we migrate this to Exchange2013 it Will be enough to create one and only PF mailbox, right?

And my third (last) question is. How Will users see this public folder in Outlook? Still the same as before, clickin on three dots and opening folders?
