Migration 2010 -> 2013 fails with MapiExceptionNotEnoughMemory

I've successfully migrated several mailboxes from an Exchange 2010 to the new Exchange 2013 server. However, 1 mailbox is currently making touble. After having synced most of the content, the report show the following lines

 27.05.2013 16:04:24 [exchange] Phase: FinalIncrementalSync. Prozent abgeschlossen: 95.

 27.05.2013 16:04:24 [exchange] Vorübergehender Fehler 'MapiExceptionNotEnoughMemory'. Erneuter Versuch (1/60).

After several seconds, the final sync is started again with just the same error message, this continues for at least one hour without any change (the counter 1/60 is not incremented, it is always 1/60).

I tried the new-mailboxrepairrequest cmdlet on the old server which did not log anything besides the started and successfully completed messages.

I also doubt that RAM is the real problem, at the time this message appears, the source server has around 1 GB of free memory and the destination server also about 800 MB free.

Is there any way of diagnosing this issue?
