Exchange 2013 Server : some updates cause ERROR 500 and impossible to connect with Outlook

Hi,

I have a big problem with Exchange 2013 Server (on Windows Server 2012)

Last night some updates come on the server and now : it’s impossible to connect with all Outlook 2013 clients (send or receive mail) or with OWA Outlook Web App (or ECP Administration).

With Outlook Web App or ECP : we can get OWA Connexion Page but when we press CONNECT : we have anERROR 500…
I restart all Application Pools in IIS, but nothing change…
