Exchange Hybrid Config - Multiple Accepted Domains

Client wants to implement a Hybrid configuration (Exchange 2010 SP3). They have one Internal Forest/Domain and they accept mail for 4 different domains. When creating the tenants inside O365, will I need to create and verify each of these 4 Domains or just the primary domain? (they will be using ADFS and DirSync).
