Voicemail is still working fine for all users, but users that were not enabled for UM or new users just created come up with envent ID 1677 MSExchange Unified Messaging error in Event Viewer, as well as error if enabling via PS or Exch Control Panel:
Mailbox 'J.Smith@company.com' couldn't be initialized for Unified Messaging: An error occurred while accessing the user's mailbox. Details: An internal server error occurred. The operation failed.

Interestingly, if I try again with same command, I get an error about the pin needed to be changed. If I change the pin, I get the initial error again.
I tried restarting the UM services which didn't help.
Any suggestions?
