SourceTransportServers and decommissioning E2007

I'm writing up the process for us to migrate from Exchange 2007, to 2013. It looks like I need to add my Exchange 2013 HT servers to the SourceTransportServers property for each Send connector. When I finish up the migration and decommission my legacy servers, will that clean up the SourceTransportServers property, or do I need to go back in and do it manually?
