Failed to Install Exchange 2013

Hi all,

I encountered in serious problem in process installation Exchange Server .
i let you Overview ,
 Exchange server 2013 was  has been installed on my domain , i did removed the exchange from my domain ,  i did it according step by step remove objects from adsiedit and IIS and etc ... after an exchange server removed successfully i tried to install again on same machine exchange server 2013 .

when i try to preapre again schema i gottsome error :

i did it with administrator user  of domain ,

i even tried to create New user with same permission and its not success


i dont know what i need to do .
but too much weird is that "prepareAD and "OrganizationName" are worked without error .
after  failed prepare i said to myself let's try exchange installation (Wizard) .
and on Wizard i got another Error :"
