I am performing a cutover migration of 23 users from on-premises Exchange 2003 to Office 365 Business Essentials. All but my mailbox were copied successfully. When I created the Office 365 account, I created the first user with my existing company
username, and the migration balked at creating a duplicate. I have renamed that initial account, which I will delete later. How do I retry syncing my mailbox? Do I stop and restart the existing batch, which is still running? Do I create a second batch? Something
else? Any help would be appreciated. Sorry if I have chosen the wrong forum.
