Set up error cant move forward

Hi All i am new to Exchange 2013 and i am struggling to get past the 2 errors i am getting whilst trying to install on our Windows Server 2012, please don't thrash me for asking this but can anyone help me resolve these following errors.

I have resolved all the Prerecquisites and then go through the setup and installation but get to the step 1 of 8 Mailbox role and transport service and get these..........

Error:
