Cannot install Exchange 2013 CU6 due to prerequisite failure, but they are already installed

I have Exchange 2013 installed on Windows Server 2012 (not R2). I'm trying to install the Exchange 2013 CU6 upgrade and it fails every time with the below errors that certain prerequisites are not installed. However, according to the server manager they are all already installed.

Rebooting didn't help and running powershell as admin and then running the CU6 upgrade via the command line didn't help either. Thanks in advance for any help.
