we currently have a hybrid mail environment with office365 (for education). for the last 2 weeks we have been moving mailboxes to the o365 servers (using the new remote move request). Yesterday i had 15 mailboxes moving, but noticed that 6 still have not completed after more than 24 hours (rarely takes more than 8 hours, and these mailboxes were not particularly big).
When i look on the detail tab of one of the move requests i see the follwoing:
Informational: The request has been temporarily postponed because the mailbox is locked. The Microsoft Exchange Mailbox Replication service will attempt to continue processing the request after 5/25/2013 5:16:17 PM.
What is going on here? how do i unlock the mailbox and get things moving again? i tried suspending and resuming the move on one or two, but that seemed to have no effect (though the message is not there).
I have nearly all my mailboxes moved over, i would have been done in 2 days. If anyone knows what i need to do, please let me know. I have moved about 100 other mailboxes and didnt have any issues.
