Exchange 2013 owa works on "127.0.0.1:443/owa" but not "localhost:443/owa" or from the network

Hello,

We are running exchange 2013 on server 2012. I am now unable to access OWA from the internal network. when on the server in question and using IE i can only access OWA/ECP from "127.0.0.1:443" and not from "localhost:443" or from anywhere on the network.Using netscan I can see that 443 is open on the server. The service was working a few weeks ago when we initially started to migrate mailboxes and roles to our new server(s) however I have managed to kill it somehow. :(
