Dear All,
We are currently hosting our email services on Gmail Servers. But wonder if we can host it on our premises keeping all our emails as per currently configured basis on Exchange2013.
Questions:
1. Is there any Chronological approach to this migration?
2. How to keep emails and labels as per user's current setup in Gmail to be best available in MS Exchange to reduce Migration problems. How to get all emails in all folders of Inbox, sent etc in Gmail to Exchange seamlessly in Harmony to user experiences in GMail? so that learning curve is reduced sharply.
3. Does the forward function that cancels duplication of group mail forwarding used such as in group, exist in MS Exchange? We use it for sharing emails that keepi coming in different email IDs into different departments but all managers need to know it for both incoming and outgoing responses.
4. Does MS Exchange handle Spam and controls better than any 3rd party solution? Does it allow proper whitelisting at organisation's administration level?
Thanks,
Ramesh
