MailBox Move Request Statistics

Hello,

I am performing some mailbox moves on one of our systems here in testing for a migration. I believe I need to increase the number of CPUs on the virtual machine I am using but wanted to ask to be sure. Currently we have one of the return values of Get-MoveRequestStatistics for a user showing as:

TotalStalledDueToWriteCpu              : 00:22:36

Does this mean the move is waiting on CPU?
