i cannot configure the clients with POP account after migrating the Exchange from 2007 to 2013

Hi,

When i configure the POP account on Outlook 2010 is giving the error message "Send test e-mail message: Cannot send the message. Verify the e-mail address in your account properties.  The server responded: 550 5.7.1 Client does not have permissions to submit to this server"

please help me out on this,
