Enabling Office Web Apps for OWA - No event IDs at all!

I am attempting to configure Office Web Apps for Outlook Web App (why on earth did they name them both OWA!?)

I have used this guide from Microsoft with no errors:

with this guide as well for reference:

I am using my Office Web App Server that we use for Sharepoint and Lync (so it's already confirmed working). 

In the guide, they state that I'm looking for Event ID 140 and 142 (meaning successful config) and a 141 Event for a failure. Problem is, I'm not getttingany events. It's like I'm not entering the powershell commands at all.
