SP3 on a new 2010

Hi!

We are installing a new Exchange 2010 on a Windows 2008 R2 Server to migrate from Exchange 2003 to 2010. Is there any specific procedure we have to follow to install Exchange 2010 SP3 after installing Exchange 2010 or we can directly run SP3 setup?
