Is there a way to schedule mailbox moves for a specific time?

Does anyone know how to schedule mailbox moves for a specific time, short of running a script with a delay?

I just moved my first users last night, and assumed that you would still be able to schedule moves at a specific time. I guess I was wrong.... (Rant/ One more disappointment with this product). 

The only thing I can find is a "StartAfter" parameter for the shell, but.... "This parameter is reserved for internal Microsoft use."http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dd351123(v=exchg.150).aspx
