Slow mailbox moves (2007 to 2013)

Hi,

I've been having considerable problems moving mailboxes from Exchange 2007 to Exchange 2013 (all updates installed). In 2013 I have 2 MBX's in a DAG.

I am seeing "The job is currently stalled due to 'Content Indexing' lagging behind on resource 'CiAgeOfLastNotification" and "The job is currently stalled due to 'Target RPC' lagging behind on resource 'MdbLatency" with an accompanying MSExchange Mailbox Replication 1121 message on my 2013 mailbox server (Error: Resource reservation failed for MDBWrite) etc. etc.

Can anyone help me out, every time I move a mailbox there seems to be a different error, and moves are stalling or taking hours for fairly small mailboxes.

I have already applied  http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2807668 procedures (both) with no improvement.
