Can I install Exchange 2013 CU2v2 after applying the SP1 Schema

We are currently running in a mixed enviroment, Exhange 2007/2010/2013. Exchange 2013 is at the CU1 level. I have been preparing to update our schema for CU2v2. We do not want to go to CU3 because there is a problem in that version with UM.

Now, I see that SP1 came out last week. Getting a schema scheduled and approved is a nightmanre here, so we need to get all done possible when we get the chance.

- There are fixes we know we want in CU2v2
- CU3 introduces a problem with UM
- SP1 - well, its too new for us, we like to let code settle

So, having an opportunity now to update the schema, which one should I install?

If I install the Exch 2013 SP1 schema, can I update the bits on my servers to CU2v2 ?

or do I need to update schema to CU2v2, update the servers, and look at the SP1 schema later?
