Exchange newbie here. So, I just installed Exchange 2013 and CU1. I want to move our environment from Exchange 2007 on Windows 2003 Server to Exchange 2013 on Windows 2012 Server.

I followed the technet article till step 3. http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/jj898582(v=exchg.150).aspx

...but Exchange powershell gives me the following and I can't configure virtual directories with Powershell.

New-PSSession : [ex1.techco.internal] Connecting to remote server ex1.techco.internal failed with the following error message : WinRM cannot complete the operation. Verify that the specified computer name is valid, that the computer is accessible over the network, and that a firewall exception for the WinRM service is enabled and allows access from this computer. By default, the WinRM firewall exception for public profiles limits access to remote computers within the same local subnet. For more information, see the about_Remote_Troubleshooting Help topic.

AND, in the event viewer, I have this in the application log:

The Module DLL C:\Program Files\Microsoft\Exchange Server\V14\Bin\kerbauth.dll failed to load.  The data is the error.
