2010 -> 2013 Migration Cross Forest (No Co-Existence)

Guys,

Migrating from 2003 to 2013.

I have a new forest for our new 2013 exchange organisation. In our existing 2003 forest, I have installed exchange 2010 and will move the mailboxes across to these 2010 server's only when we are prepared for the migration.

So my question is what and how I can perform a cross forest/domain migration from 2010 > 2013.

This is my current set-up.

Forest 1
Windows Server 2003 SP2 - Exchange 2003 SP2 (all mailboxes currently residing in this org's information stores).
Windows Server 2008 R2 - Exchange 2010 SP3 (mailbox migration server)

˄
| Forest Trust (DNS working on both sides)
˅

Forest 2
Windows Server 2012 - Exchange 2013 CU1

Now the plan - Move all 2003 mailboxes to 2010 and then cross forest migrate to 2013 (no co-existence). The final step is where I am struggling. I cannot find relevant documentation regarding the approach. I do not want to co-exist 2010 and 2013, but simply migrate mailbox's after ADMT is run from the target to the source domain.

Is there a procedure or guide that I can follow for the 2010 > 2013 cross forest mailbox migration (with no co-existence) portion of the migration? Can't seem to find much information on this.

Cheers.
