Installing SP3/Rollup 3 on Exchange 2010

Hi,

I am running Exchange 2010 (14.1.218.15),  SP1.

Users who have updated to IE 11 are finding problems with using OWA in non-lite mode. MS says the fix is to install Rollup 3.

Looks like I need to install SP3 before I can install rollup 3

So my questions are

1. Can I install SP3 without installing SP2? Usually you can, but I wanted to double check

2. Anyone have major problems with SP3 and/or Rollup3 on Exchange 2010?
